RYZE Superfoods processes purchases through its checkout service. The information below explains currency, available payment choices and what to do if a transaction needs attention.

Currency, discounts and tax

USD is the currency used for pricing and settlement. Confirm the displayed item amount, discounts, taxes and shipping in checkout before authorising the purchase. Standard US shipping carries no charge. Taxes, where required by law, form part of the final amount rather than an unconditional tax exemption.

About Credit/Debit Card

The payment options shown for your particular checkout determine what can be used. Decorative card symbols do not establish that a method is enabled. The card issuer or payment provider may perform an additional authorisation check. Support does not need your complete card number or security code, so do not include them in messages.

Transaction questions and repayments

A declined or interrupted payment may require corrected billing information or advice from your issuer. Avoid repeated attempts without checking the result. We can investigate an order reference without receiving card secrets. Repayments are made under the Refund Policy to the original payment route; the bank or provider may take additional time to display the credit.

Keeping card information secure

Checkout providers process the sensitive information required to make a payment. Our order administration uses relevant transaction records; this does not mean that we can see or store complete card credentials. A bank’s charges or pending authorisations are controlled by that provider and may require its assistance.
